Cutting & Sawing Equipment

A number of saws and cutting equipment enable us to handle stock preparation and material cutting on premise before machining. This saves our customers time and money: Stillion Industries can handle everything from start to finish.

Amada Automated Saw

This automated saw is capable of making precise cuts within tight tolerances.

Amada Saw

Roll-In Manual Saw

This dependable workhorse saw is capable of making fast, accurate cuts to material up to 12″ thick, including precise angled cuts.

Roll-in Saw

Cold Saws

Cold sawing uses a solid steel sawblade at a slower RPM with high torque, which shears the metal instead of grinding it. The reduced friction heat generation prevents thermal distortion and results in a burr-free finish reducing the need for secondary deburring operations.

CNC Programming & Consultation

Our in-house CAM engineers and skilled machinists work with customers to make sure everything meets your specifications. If you don’t already have precise schematics buttoned up, our team can help you fine-tune your work order and provide a quote before hitting the production line.

We’ll gladly assist by consulting on CAD designs, full in-house CAM programming, review/advise on geometry, tolerances, material, volume and more. The skilled machinists at Stillion Industries are first-rate professionals. We have highly experienced veteran craftsmen, enthusiastic upstarts fresh out of school with the latest state-of-the-art training, and a whole lot of talent everywhere between. Whatever you need, our team can handle.

Prototype & One-Off Machining

A combination of modern CNC 3-axis and 4-axis mills, manual or semi-automated machinery, and experienced machinists obsessed with craftsmanship make Stillion Industries your perfect prototype and one-off machining shop. We can help dial in prototype dimensions with test cuts on sacrificial soft-metal pieces then reproduce on the target material once geometries and tolerances are honed in.

We can make quick work of reproducing vintage components (such as carburetor bodies and engine parts for out-of-production vehicles) on a one-off basis using a tracer lathe, CNC mills, and an arsenal of vintage machines those classic parts were likely originally produced on.

Low-Volume/Short-Run Production

Our facility is optimal for cost-effective pilot runs and low-volume production whether it’s smaller components for appliances or heavy duty automotive and construction equipment parts.

Batch Production

Once you’re through prototyping and testing, Stillion Industries is here for you for limited runs and batch production. We’ll help you streamline manufacturing processes, build dedicated fixtures or modular jigs for repeatability, continually improve tolerances with each successive batch, and get your product ready for high-volume production.

High-Volume & Long-Run Production

Our high-speed CNC machining centers are perfect for speed, quality, and repeatability. We can handle your high-volume production needs with everything from on-site material handling, tooling, and dedicated fixtures for long-run jobs to cutting, milling, turning, boring, and grinding to a smooth finish.

Repair & Refurbishment

Have you got a classic car, vintage farm equipment, or motorsports such as dirt bikes, ATVs, snowmobiles, etc in need of replacement parts that are no longer in production by the manufacturer? Stillion Industries has you covered.

We can machine worn surfaces, re-thread stripped or corroded threaded inserts, and more. Give us a call or request a quote on our website, send us pictures of the part or just send us the part* and we’ll do an inspection and assessment to repair, refurbish, or remanufacture it.

Reverse Engineering & Legacy Part Replication

How many times have you heard “they just don’t make it like they used to.” Well here at Stillion Industries, we DO make it like they used to. Our facility is tooled with vintage equipment built on sturdy cast-iron frames, which absorbs vibrations and stabilizes cutting edges in many cases better than some of the newer machines in use by most machine shops.

If you need legacy parts remanufactured for classic cars or vintage farm and construction equipment, and you want the finished surface to look era-appropriate for heritage restorations, Stillion Industries is equipped for the task. We’ll either track down manufacturing schematics from OEMs of out-of-production components, or we can take precision measurements of sample components to reverse-engineer and replicate it (our tracer lathe makes quick work of this).

Give us a call and get a quote, or submit a request on our website.

Tooling & Fixture Design

We can produce custom tooling in-house, reducing production costs and turnaround times for prototypes, batch production, and more. We can produce large fixtures due to machinery with large travel and swing, as well as customized precision tooling, jigs, V-blocks, angle plates, heavy-duty cradles, and more.
